My Homecourt

My Homecourt

It's through a passion for blending performance and style FILA made its mark, influencing generations of athletes both on and off the court – first as a powerhouse during the era of tennis greats, later by making some serious noise during the hoops heyday back in the 90's. The court might be new, but the attitude and the energy remain the same. For SS21 we are celebrating the next generation creatives, engage those proud of their craft and confident enough to break new ground. They are young and colorful – visual storytellers expressing their individuality through their bold style and vibrant fits.

"Tattoo Temple is my office, my second home. It was the first place I was able to set up as I liked it and it’s where, together with my business partner, I daily run my tattoo studio and creative office from here. Tattooing was my full-time job for about 10 years, I then realized I couldn’t manage music and tattoos trying to give the same time to both of them. I therefore decided to give more space to music, which remains my biggest passion, but without ever renouncing to the tattooing dimension."

”Being a huge vintage-lover I think there has to be some sort of sustainable side to what I am going to do creatively. There is already so much clothing in the world and I think you need to think hard and long about how you want to make room for yourself in the fashion scene and to make it count for something and give it a purpose.

Copenhagen has a lot of beautiful little gems hidden around the city and I love to keep exploring the city. The city is also filled with water and during the summer my boyfriend and I often take our paddle boards to the canals in the early morning to paddle around seeing the city from the waterside. One time we saw these amazing sculptures I had to go visit. The ease and creativity that fills you when you explore your city and find places to really breathe and relax is very important in a hectic life.”

”For me the inspiration is what you make out of it. I find inspiration everywhere, but it depends on, which kind of inspiration im looking for. I would say the people and architecture, and in general the vibe I get from the streets I'm in. I started back in march 2018 were I really got introduced to Copenhagen and the fashion scene.

  • The reason why is that I'm from the suburbs of Copenhagen, and there wasn’t anyone, who was interested in fashion really, so I had to create my own path.
  • The red thread in my work is just me. Im trying to show people, who I am as a person and of course what I can do in the fashion scene, but in general I like making people happy and spreading positivity to the people who around me or those who follow along on Instagram.”

”I discovered Nail Art on Tumblr in 2010 and told myself "It is so cool, I have to try it!". I discovered my passion and I've never stopped from that day. At that time, nail art was turning into the next big thing. I mean, as we know it today; cooler and more personal.

I met a friend on an event that ran a showroom and she offered me to become her associate, and that became my first salon. I worked there from 2013 to 2018, and then

I wanted to be my own boss. I was really proud to find out that I was able to live that way, it was pure freedom to me to run my own business. It was one of those "wow" feelings. And especially as young woman, it has shaped my personality. ”
