How can I return an article?

You have a simple option to return your items free of charge within 14 days.

Returns via Hermes:

•    Simply log in to your customer account and open the order details. You have the option of notifying us of your return and to print the label for your parcel. Our customer service will also be happy to assist you. Using our label you can return your items free of charge.
•    All items must be returned undamaged and in their original box. Please ensure that you enclose the completed return slip.
•    You can also return the parcel to one of the over 14,000 Hermes parcel shops. Address and opening hours of your parcel shops are available under www.myhermes.de.
•    If you would like your parcel to be collected from home, please contact our free FILA customer service.
•    Items, which were delivered by Hermes in accordance with your order, can only be returned to FILA by Hermes, as the return slips have been deposited in your customer account.

Returns via DHL:

•    Simply log in to your customer account and open your order information. Now you can register your return and have access to a return label. Thanks to this label, your return is free of charge (in Germany)
•    The goods have to be in their original packaging and undamaged
•    Be sure to attach the completed return form
•    You can return your package in several “Deutsche Post” post offices, DHL-paketboxes or in 2.500 DHL packing stations. For addresses and opening hours, visit the following link: www.dhl.de


The returns can only be shipped with the respective provider who has delivered the order.

What should I take note of when returning items?

Important! Please make sure:

•    Items which are sent back have to be completely unused, in original condition and in original packaging / shoe box!
•    Returns can only be shipped with the respective provider who has delivered the order
•    Packages, which are not post-paid, can not be accepted by FILA and will be sent back at your charges
•    Retain the DHL or Hermes parcel receipt. These will be needed in the event of a claim

How do I know that you have received my return delivery?

We will send you an email as soon as we have received the returned items.

Do I have to pay for returning items?

Returns within germany are free of any charge.  Simply log in to your customer account and open your order information. Now you can register your return and have access to a return label. In case you used a guest account and haven’t received a return label, please contact: kontakt@fila-eu.com.

Can I exchange an item?

A direct exchange isn’t possible on www.fila.de. Please place a new order and return the first order to us. After checking and booking your shipment  you´ll get your refund within 14 business days.

“How” and “when” do I get my money back?

After checking and booking your shipment  you´ll get your refund within 14 days. The refunds are based on the selected payment option.

If you chose a cash on delivery, please use the return form to provide us with your bank account information. The refund will be transferred to this bank account. Please keep in mind that we do not refund the COD charges.
